In And Out Empanadas

Really friendly owners. Empanadas are made right after you order them so you are not getting something that has been sitting around all day or something microwaved. I have only had their mozzarella empanadas but they are good. If you buy two empanadas you can also get a mate tea. Usually parked in front of Memorial Library, rain/​snow or shine.

An excellent cart with good portions. The beef empanada is filling and mixed with additional proteins like egg white. The cheese empanada has a lot of cheese but doesn’t feel too cheesy. You can also order fried dough with caramel, they gave me a free sample and it was delicious. The owner was very nice and took time describe why the food was prepared as it was after I asked a couple curious questions.

Dipping sauces that accompany the order are as follows: (1) is hot and (1) is mayo based.
I’m allergic to eggs.
Call before you go looking for them as the wife will let you know where they are. She was sweet & called me back when I got the voicemail.
Husband is super sweet as well. This was my 1^st visit as I’ve had to miss them a few times during the Frmer’s Market because they sold out. I will return as we have a GROUPON to use. So then, I’ll let him know no egg with my beef.
I can’t rate lower because I’m a principled Unilocaler that believes you should patronize more than once before rating. I wrote today to give future patrons a head’s up as to how the process goes and what to expect.
