I cannot get enough of this creek way. The scenery, the path, just everything provides a good spot for exercising and enjoying the weather. I see there’s been some constructions happening on the trail and just cannot wait to see the finished product. The creek way is one of the many things I enjoy about Madison.

First time out there and I can honestly say I love the atmosphere. Great beginner trails nice friendly runners and dog friendly. Parking is pretty cool too, nice and open. But one question where are the bathrooms? If you like 15 – 20 mins out, you’ve gotta find one out near bridge street, not a big deal tho. just make sure u go before u get out there. But I could be wrong there may be out there and I just misses them. Anyways love it out here and I definitely plan on training out here again in the near future.

Power-walking or running on the Greenway here is a great alternative while the hiking trails in nearby hills(not mountains) are wet from recent rain/sprinkles. You won’t find too much of a crowd during this time of day(morning), but it is safe. Just be sure to watch where you’re running/walking as some dog owners don’t seem to care to pick up after their dogs.
