4.5 stars for a minor oversight.
Called to have nerf bars installed on Tuesday. They said they would order the part and have it by Wednesday. They said they would call when the parts had arrived. I called them on the following Monday as I still had not received a call. They apologized and stated they would look into who had failed to call.
In the mean time they asked me if I could bring the truck in right away. I was able to. They were able to get the bars installed in less than a half an hour and expedited the process by having 2 people work on it. All in all, 4.5 stars just for the minor mistake, which happens due to oversight. Just shy of 5 stars. Will be back!

Great shop with knowledgable guys! I came in for the dreaded death wobble on my JK and I could tell right off the bat that these guys knew what they were talking about. They did the inspection, let me know the issues that they found and did an amazing job at pointing out which ones were major and which ones were so minor that they wouldn’t even recommend getting them fixed at this point. Very fair price and they don’t try to up sell or push anything on the customer.

I have my work that no one else wants to do done at j&l and I do not get robbed.
They do good work and at a good price. I have my oil changes done there also
and they send me reminders on the internet for this and other special offers.

Chuck G, I have had my 09 Jeep Wrangler and my 99 Tahoe into j and l they have always done a awesome job on either one of them hats off to chuck and the boys keep up the great work!!!
