This pool hall hosts some of the best pool tables in Middle Tennessee. They take very good care of their equipment. This pool hall is for the pool player who takes their game more seriously than the casual player. During the week they offer discounts after 9PM from the normal rate of $ 6 /h to the discounted rate of $ 3 /h. For the best tables in Middle Tennessee that’s a great bargain. They have 39′ tables 1 snooker table two 8′ tables with shimmed pockets(two balls can’t fit all the way through the pocket) and the rest are standard 8′ tables(I think about 25 tables). I am a non smoker and when they get busy they have an over abundance of smoke. This is why I am docking them one star. If you’re serious about playing on level tables with consistent rolls this is a great place.

I’m going to be honest, I felt really uncomfortable at this place. However, I think that might be the draw for some people. If I wasn’t there to meet some friends, I probably would have never stepped foot in the joint. They have tons of pool tables and they host a lot of pool tournaments/clubs. So, if you are a pool shark, this is the place to be. Now if you are a SWF just out and about, be prepared to get the eyeball, shoulder tap and creep stares from a multitude of creepy old men. Oh and it is incredibly smokey in there. It doesn’t bother me, but if you are one of those people that hates smokey establishments, you should avoid this one.

This is probably the creepiest pool hall I’ve visited in Nashville. I didn’t even stay long enough to play a game of pool here I was that creeped out. And its not like I’m some prissy girl who hangs out at trendy clubs, I’m all about the dive bar scene. I initially came here(even though it is quite a bit out of my way) because I heard how many tables they had. And to be fair, they probably have the largest number of pool tables I’ve seen thus far in Nashville. They have three separate large rooms of tables but weirdly enough they only have 3 or 4 full sized tables. I don’t really understand the purpose of having so many small tables but hey what do I know. They even do all sorts of tournaments here which is evident by all the wooden pull out bleachers they have. Its kind of funny seeing so many gym sized bleachers in a pool hall. In one of the rooms they also have a bunch of poker tables so I’m assuming they have poker tournaments as well. JOB is dimly lit and smells weird in a way I couldn’t describe efficiently enough other than to say its unpleasant. The people playing pool were some of the creepiest and openly hostile people I’ve encountered at a pool hall and I’m not exactly sure what causes them to be this way. I don’t know if its just territorial behavior or what, but as we were walking around checking the place out I kept feeling extremely self conscious from all the staring. The staff were way unfriendly and stand-offish. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for the bartender to walk over so we could ask her a question. It wasn’t like she was doing anything either, we were blatantly being ignored. We didn’t even get to ask about what kind of drinks they had, she was that rude, but I did spy a fridge full with bottled domestics. I don’t know maybe this place would be cool if you were a pool hustler or just liked being glared at by unkempt rednecks. I know its kind of far outside downtown but give me a break its in a freaking strip mall.
