Consistently stale bread. That’s seriously a huge problem for a restaurant that only serves sandwiches. I usually eat around 10:30am so you would expect the bread to be fresh for the day at that time but apparently they try to unload yesterday’s bread that has sat out on bakers racks uncovered all night before they serve fresh bread. Even if you specifically ask for fresh bread they agree and hand you a rock hard sandwich-EVERY TIME. It’s a shame because it’s so close to my house but I won’t support this location anymore. when jimmy johns bread is fresh it’s hard to beat but when it’s rock hard and crumbles to the touch it’s pretty disgusting.

The good part of this location is how fast orders are delivered and the fair prices. The problem is that I have yet to get an order that was correct. It’s like speed is more important than accuracy. That doesn’t work for me.
Sometimes the mistakes are minor like a lemonade that shows up as a coke or no straws or napkins on orders going to a business. On other occasions I’ve gotten wrong food altogether or orders that were put in to avoid food allergies that had all the allergens on the sandwich. If my friend had not checked her sandwich we’d have been off to the hospital.
This could have been a regular place for me, but now I only order when I don’t have time to do anything else with the knowledge that something will go wrong.

It was my first time coming here and the service was great and so was the food! The place is nice and so are the bathrooms! It’s very spacious and there are plenty of seat too! We got our food real fast. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great sandwich!

Great service. This is a new store, so everyone is eager to please. The food is the same as any JJ good subs. I love the whole wheat bread, again the same at any JJ. It’s always cool to go to a new place thou! You can definitely appreciate the cleanness. Speed of the service can be different on the time you come by, again some of the staff are still learning. But nice folks!

Great place to go for sandwiches although I prefer the hendersonville location compared to this location because they don’t offer sprouts at this location. Just like all the JJ’s their bread is great and their delivery is super fast! Try this place out before going to subway, you won’t be disappointed
