Tried the local store a few months ago. Pleasant and fast service but the sandwich was quite a bit smaller than Subway. Unfortunately it tasted like cardboard and was dry with not a drop of a condiment. No flavor whatsoever. Emailed a complaint to store website and received a gift card a week or two later. Guess I’ll give them another try, hope it’s better than the first time.

Jimmy Johns is supposed to be known for their amazing delivery service. I guess being 2.3 miles away is too far for delivery. Boo on you Jimmy Johns.

My girlfriend and I were driving home from a weekend trip and decided to pull off the freeway to grab a bite to eat and stumbled upon this place. We walked in and saw that the environment was clean and the staff was attentive, so these things were a plus. However, Jimmy John’s is essentially a Subway that is trying too hard to be cool, as evidenced by their overly red décor and hit or(often miss) signage that was meant for laughs. They also apparently did not have salt or pepper anywhere in the facility; I am not sure if this is a Jimmy John’s thing or just this particular location, but we were certainly not pleased with this. I got my Italian sandwich and my girlfriend her turkey sandwich and we were both exceptionally underwhelmed by the quality of the food. The prices were standard for fast food, but we felt ripped off. Upon leaving, the staff kindly wished us a good night and said they hope to see us again which was a plus. Long story short, the staff is nice and facilities are clean, and there’s nothing not«fresh» about the food, but the taste of the food sucks and we didn’t really buy into the ambiance, so we likely will not be frequenting a Jimmy John’s location again.
