First Bethany came out to look at the project site, educate us on different types of fence for what we are trying to accomplish, collect measurements, and follow up with an estimate. Shortly thereafter, we had scheduled an installation date. The team promptly showed up on that date and every day thereafter, and finished the entire project ahead of schedule. Bethany followed up at the end of it to make sure we were fully satisfied with the outcome. We are thrilled with the result! Thank you Joe Phillips Fence!!!
We had conversation and meetings with five other companies in the area and nobody came even close. It was either just an approximation on measurements, or their own ideas of what needed to happen, or not following through on meetings, overall very disappointing. And this happened over several months, this was not a last minute project either. Therefore, I want to make sure that Joe Phillips Fence received all the positive credit they deserve. We almost tried to make a fence as a DIY project.
HUGE mistake.
We never could have done nearly as good as a job as JPF Co. did. They had the fence up in a matter of hours and it is perfect. One of our gates is on a hill, so the entire thing had to be built on a slant… that takes a real pro to get right.
We saved ourselves a huge amount of time and ended up with an awesome fence. We were referred by a friend to JPF Co. and they raved about their fence and now so do we.
Not only is the fence perfect, but on the business side of things they are great too. I find that even contractors that do good work are often hard to get a hold of or disorganized on returning calls etc. Bethany with JPF Co. however was very responsive and easy to deal with. We had a lot of shuffling around we had to do due to some hedger removal prior to Fence installation and she was on top of it and very accommodating.
Highly recommended.
