I am not aware of any other good dry cleaners on the East Side of Madison so I have been coming to Klinke for a couple years now.
I have gotten things both laundered and dry cleaned. For the most part I have usually had a good experience.
There have been a few occasions where things got messed up. Spots that weren’t originally on my dry cleaning appeared out of no where. I also had a couple buttons get broken off a dress shirt when it was being laundered. I still have faith though because once I noticed these issues, they usually fixed it.
Prices are decent as well and the people who work there are usually always friendly.

After three tries they still did not press my shirts as instructed and the manager had the audacity to argue with me about how to press my own uniform! Don’t waste your time and money at this place. Find a different cleaner or do it yourself.
