Laden David

I was traveling last week and had a Zero Balancing session from David Laden. My goal was to relieve tension in my neck and shoulders and to also understand more about what Zero Balancing could do. David, who has been practicing for years, listened carefully to my goals and as he worked, he adjusted his pressure so that it was perfect and comfortable for me. With each ZB touch or fulcrum which contacted my bones, (done through clothing) I felt deeply relaxed and energized and absolutely recharged on multiple levels: physically, mentally and emotionally. I literally felt the tension in my shoulders melt away. At the end of the 40 minute session I was calm, awake, rested. A session I had with him last year was just as powerful. I can not recommend David highly enough.

I have had the pleasure of knowing David for years. He is always positive, kind and a wonderful listener. I have been fortunate to have an incredibly healing zero balancing sessions with him. He is very knowledgeable of the balance of structure and energy in the human body. He engages the whole person. If you have never tried zero balancing or if you love receiving zero balancing, I would strongly recommend having a session with him. I have had the opportunity to take David’s zero balancing classes and have always left the class with an increase in knowledge, skill and feeling better than when I arrived. I strongly recommend David!

David Laden is not only a skilled and sensitive bodyworker and healing arts practitioner, but is also a kind and compassionate human being. His touch is focused, clear and centering, while his presence is both calming and soothing. I have worked with David for years, and always feel a sense of deep transformation from his sessions which help to integrate body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Good rolfer but has turned bitter and very negative in the latter years of his career. Inappropriate angry outburst over being envious of my vacations at my last session and I won’t return after seeing him for over five years.
