Slow, rude, disrespectful staff. I’ve even been ignored, empty dining room, just standing at counter while they walk around. Loiters block the entrances and exits, menacing and soliciting. There are kids in this«family restaurant» but they let bums loiter outside humping the air and cursing. Staff walk around angry, cursing, even had them bark to me about their complaints and negative feelings. Very uncomfortable place to be in. They often mess up your order and get an attitude about fixing it. I’ve sat and watched this store get something wrong in every order for an hour. The incompetence is unreal.

Service slow. Dining area is dirty, bathrooms — out of soap, TP and FILTHY and in a scuzzy part of town. One star is generous.

I am done. So done. I have officially boycotted THIS McDonald’s in particular because the staff members are racist and rude as hell. Do not order there if you are in a rush, and, if you’re white. That’s right. I said it. TWO times now my sister has ordered ONETHING, and had to leave her order because she was going to miss her bus. One was an iced coffee and after 10MINUTES of standing there, we had to leave it. Today, it was ONE breakfast burrito. ONE! The cashier was a complete asshole when I ordered and paid with a 20 and some change. Rather than take my change to give me ALL bills back, he just looks at me and cashes out the 20 and gives me change, throws it into my hand and says nothing. We stood there for 8 minutes and my sister had to eventually walk out and leave her order so she could make her bus. That was it for me. I lost it. My sister is a busy body. Between work, school, my nieces school and karate, she doesn’t have time to eat, so, when I CAN get her to eat, I take it seriously. The manager, I presumed she was, anyway, she wore a blue shirt and had a shitty short hair cut, was also very very rude. About 3 minutes after my sister left she scoffed and shouted, «WHO ordered ONE burrito»?! I looked at her and with the same attitude said«MYSISTER, who had to leave her order ONCEAGAIN to catch her bus»! She gave me a dirty look and turned around. Once the burrito was done, 3 minutes later, she looked around and with the SAME attitude said«ONE breakfast burrito. ONE. Breakfast burrito». She KNEW it was me, and I was standing RIGHT in front of her face yet she STILL had to attempt to show utter disgust to a person who doesn’t order the whole menu. I snatched it out of her hand, she rolled her eyes at me, turned around and went back to putting orders together. A minute later mine was up. I RAN to the South Transfer Point praying to god my sisters bus was still there, which it was, knocked on the window to get her attention and gave her the burrito. She was grateful. Truly grateful. While I understand McDonald’s is popular for hiring depressed, non-High School grads who hate the job, it is STILL a JOB, and must be treated as such. Customer Service is a priority in that establishment and, eventually, their poor service will lead them to a horrible Unilocal.Well, here it is. Your horrible Unilocal,McDonald’s. Get your shit together, stop hiring rude managers, rude team members who could care less about providing good service, and start actually hiring people who aren’t racial biased or just hate the fact they have to make a cheeseburger for a living. A job is a job, gratitude, not attitude. If you can’t get a person’s order to them in time, make it right. Write a quick note on a receipt paper promising them their drink and a free something or other the next time they come in. Tell the manager you’re doing it. Customer Service isn’t hard to do. Just need to do it.
