I had two things done to my teeth in the last year, I am very happy to see that my teeth are changing very rapidly. Dr. Castagna is nice to be around and so are his coworkers. The ladies at the front desk are quick and get their job done great. They all like to talk to you and ask how your day was and I feel very welcome the second I walk in. Thank you for the help

On behalf of the amazing experience I had at newsmile orthodontist I would like to tell you my personal experience. I’m a 12 year old girl that started out with really bad teeth. So my Orthodontist started me with a retainer to start the process to braces, after that I got spacers to make room for the braces. my teeth were already getting better! Soon later I got braces! Going through with brace for 2 years, the staff was very sweet and made sure my teeth were on the right track. When I got my braces off, I was so happy with the result, they definitely changed my mouth perfectly. I recommend newsmile orthodontics to you and your family.

Both of my sons visit Dr. Castagna in Madison. My youngest son was being seen for an under-​bite which was causing some speech issues. Less than a year after we started treatment, his bite is perfect and his speech has improved tremendously. Only time will tell if he will need further work. My oldest son also has braces and I can already see his smile improving.
Dr. Castagna is great to work with as he is always upbeat and happy and we are in and out within only a few minutes.
