I took my RAV4 in a few months ago to have an oil change and new brakes installed. Afterwards I noticed my car was idling hard when I started it, but the problem seemed to go away when the car was in gear and after it warmed up. I assumed cheap gas or the cold weather was the issue and ignored it. A few days ago, while accelerating hard on the interstate, my car threw out a large cloud of smoke. As soon as I got home I decided to check the dipstick to see if my car was burning oil and was dumbfounded as to how the oil was half way up the dipstick, 6 inches above the markers. I took it to the dealership and they determined there was 6 extra quarts of oil in my car! So, Thanks for the expensive repair bill, rental car bill, and lost wages, NTB!

I went in to have routine maintenance performed on my F150, oil change, transmission flush, coolant flush and the differential fluid changed. I dropped it off at noon and a 6:45PM they called to inform me the service was complete. I went to pick it up the next morning and only the oil change and the coolant flush was complete. They informed me that their machine wasn’t working for the transmission flush and that they didn’t know how to change the differential fluid. This would have been some very important information to know at the time I dropped off my truck. To make matters worse, two days latter I’m driving on I-65 south when my truck begins to overheat! I had to pull into a service station and add a gallon of 50⁄50 coolant. STAYAWAYFROMTHISSTORE!!! They are incompetent!!!
