A close approximation to food is served here; no it’s not really that bad but it’s not great either. I used to be on the text coupon thingy they have. In the beginning I would get ½ off or two for one coupons which I think puts the food in the range of decent value. After a while it seemed like they were only sending 10% off coupons so I replied ‘STOP.‘ But we still pop in occasionally, sans coupon, mostly when hung over. The instant gratification is nice and I like paying up front and then just leaving whenever. I start out by getting way too many beverages: a coffee, a tea, a cherry Coke, a slushy, maybe some milk or lemonade. You put all of those on the table. Then you go for round one and it’s fun, round two and it’s ok, round three and you start to feel bad about yourself, but then you get some of the not so good deserts, because why not. The carrot cake is my favorite. I love a cheap carrot cake. Then you sit there for a while and stare at your beautiful(despite being equally hung over) partner and discuss going home for a nap or pressing on with the shopping mission that was the catalyst to getting you this far east in the first place. You mutually agree that going home for the nap is clearly the right thing to do. Then you go home and rest and it’s Sunday and life is good.
