Nice people. Good tanning beds. Convoluted plans and an unwillingness to make right a mistake they made. I was told when I signed up that if I cancelled on or before the 26th, I would not be charged for the next month. That is what I did, only to be told that I had to be in by the 25th not to be charged. They asked what the girl looked like who told me the 26th. I described her and they knew her name. They went on to say that some times the newer girls make mistakes when they sign up people. I get that but what I don’t get is their complete unwillingness to make it right and not charge me for something I will not be using. They apologized profusely but the apology is useless if you’re not willing to do the right thing and correct the mistake. I won’t be back. And Donna(owner), you have an issue that needs attention. Enjoy dinner on me with that $ 30.

I have found the staff to be incredibly patient and helpful. As a returning customer after being away for several years, Donna explained everything in detail, answered questions thoroughly, and was very friendly. The place is clean and nice. The best tanning salon I’ve used so I’ll be a regular.

I emailed customer service regarding the rudeness and unwelcoming demeanor I’ve been subject to at this location. It has been over a week and I still haven’t heard back from them. It seems like corporate cares about customers as much as the employees at the store do.

Here’s an example of a company that have the best equipment, great locations etc but the service and staff absolute ruined the experience, apart from misrepresenting the pricing of their service.
