Laurel Redmon is one of the most gifted acupuncturists EVER! Seriously, she’s intuitive and magical and lovely and empathetic and thorough, and clearly I can’t say enough good things about her. She takes a full history so as to not miss anything — even the little things are important and she always validates whatever it is that you might be going through.
Laurel also does cupping and shorter ear point treatments if you can’t afford/don’t have time for a full session. My quality of life increased significantly after working with her. My night sweats stopped, my G.I. issues all but disappeared, my migraines are now a rarity — I’m like a new woman. Thank you, Laurel; my life is better because of you. You are just too good for words!

Red Sage turned this non-​believer into an awestruck worshiper– acupuncture and shiatsu both work miracles!
A friend had recommended this place when I had dry sockets (a strangely agonizing condition when gums don’t heal back over pulled tooth sockets, leaving the bone exposed. I was popping codeine like it was candy, to no effect. I went in to Red Sage, having taken three codeine pills much earlier in the day, to virtually no avail– the pain from dry sockets really is that bad.
I admitted I didn’t believe in acupuncture at all. Laurel smiled patiently and said she understood, sat me down in the exam room, put in four tiny pins– one in each earlobe, one in my left hand, and the final one, in my right hand, and the pain VANISHED!
I later went to Red Sage a few months after I tore both rotator cuffs in my shoulders, falling through a roof. Laurel said rather than acupuncture I should have John give me Shiatsu. Similar story– wasn’t sure I believed in it, nothing else had worked. John sunk his thumbs DEEP into the top of my shoulders, massaged a few other points, and my shoulders healed up within days.
I’ve since been back for a slipped (herniated) disc in my lower back– cupping plus acupuncture worked like a charm– even a bad flu. The treatments here really stop pain and/​or speed recovery times tremendously, and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating, professional and courteous.
I’d say it’s like magic, but I guess the Asians have been perfecting this stuff for two or three thousand years, so I shouldn’t be so surprised. Thank you Red Sage!

I have just started going to Red Sage based on a referral from my acupuncturist for cupping. They are open seven days a week, which is extremely convenient. I’ve had some appointments cancelled before, but they are good about rescheduling ahead of time. The staff has been great so far, and their friendly attitude provides for a very calming environment from the moment you walk in.
I’ve seen two different acupuncturists there for cupping, and I’ve enjoyed my treatments so far. Each therapist has their own methods. But, that has helped me figure out my preferences. I would definitely recommend them!
