Great sub shop. Sub’s start with the bread. They may not have as many varieties as the other guys but there bread is so much better tasting you don’t need countless varieties. Freshly baked Itailan bread with great tasting and good quality ingredients. Their sandwiches are smartly made and they care. They offer a wide range of ingredients with an emphasis on Italian. Much better than the other guys.

We make this a stop in Madison every summer when we are here. We were so disappointed when they were closed last summer and again in the winter and spring when we were here. Thankfully, they reopened today and they are just as good as ever. We always try to give them our business over franchise sandwich shops in the area. Welcome back Richie’s!
