My wife and I had heard some good things about Rocket Republic Brewing Company so we stopped by to check it out last week. We shared a couple of flights to start out to help us determine what kind of brews they crafted. The bartender was extremely friendly and she provided very useful information about each beer we sampled. We ended up liking several brews quite a bit so we ordered some additional pints. The Vapor Trail Cream Ale was my wife’s favorite while I went for the Mach 1IPA, which is really amazing. They have food vendors nightly and had a large chalkboard calendar hangs behind the bar with their vendor schedule. There are certainly a lot of microbreweries in the Huntsville area now and I have been to most all of them. I really liked this place and will certainly be coming back for more.

This was one of the top breweries we tried in Huntsville. The beers were delicious. Especially liked the vapor trail cream ale and cream coffee ale. Also the Grapefruit IPA. The bartenders were also very helpful and entertaining. Go to here!

It’s an industrial feeling place in an out of the way location… but I liked Rocket Republic. The service was very friendly, the beer was good with plenty of choices, and the prices were fair. In addition, the space is actually pretty cool — basically a large, open warehouse decorated modestly, with some fermentation vats in the back. During the time I was there, it was 80s movie night(I think) and various 80s movies were playing through the evening, which is pretty good.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law and I stopped there on Sunday for our first visit to this brewery. My preference in beer is more toward a dark malty beer instead of an IPA. Had their flight of dark beers and enjoyed all of them, but the Peanut Butter Brown was at th top of the list. Game night was occurring and Mexican Food bus was located outside. I would highly recommend this brewery for anyone who wants to drink a quality micro-brew.

If you like great beer at reasonable prices, this is your place. Get the Belgium Triple. Tastes like a Blue Moon and has almost 15% alcohol. Pace yourself though because the alcohol will catch up on you. The owner always has a different food truck out front. So the food is often good too. We like to meet there after work. Great location to unwind.

Best craft brewery we’ve been to to-date…and we take trips based on breweries. Incredibly advanced beer composition for a young brewery… try it before it gets huge!!! Belgian tripel and dark matter are macro brewery level!

My wife and I are full-time RVers visiting Huntsville, AL. Loving to sample local beers when we travel, I stumbled upon one of, if not the, best IPA I’ve ever had. It is Called Rocket Republic Mach 1IPA. We found out that it is made in a small brewery in Madison, AL and that they host a «tap room.» They have converted part of their production space into a the tap room where you can purchase and drink their beer. They have a nice assortment of beers(but my favorite is the Mach 1). The space was clean and spacious and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Local restaurants and food trucks rotate providing the eats which combines two of our favorite things, local beers and local eats. They also have live music on some nights. This brewery is relatively new and, as of yet, does not bottle or can any of its beers. But, some are available in other local restaurants in addition to their own tap room. When we are back in the area we will definitely seek them out

A good beer, with a neat environment(steampunk), and helpful staff. The Peanut Butter Brown has a nice flavor with a slightly roasted aftertaste. The Terrestri-Ale Belgian Tripel and Vapor Trail Cream Ale are my 2 faves. Food trucks most nights, too!
