Posting this so others avoid my heart break. I brought a pair of expensive jeans to them to have them hemmed with the original hems. I have never had a dry cleaner return a pair of hemmed jeans looking like this. I considered asking them to pay for a new pair of jeans, but since I bought these last year I’m not going to find another pair that fits the same.

They do a good job cleaning, but it’s always a HASSLE to pay there! My drycleaning is covered by the company I work for, so I use their credit card to pay — I have to argue this point repeatedly. Most recently I put in a few items for drycleaning that came to a $ 19 bill. She saw I had a $ 20 in my wallet. When I tried to pay by card, she said«I like MONEY» and wouldn’t accept the card. Seriously? If you’re going to be a cash-only establishment, then say so. I’ll be looking elsewhere for drycleaning services after this.

When a business goes above and beyond in its customer service, I am eager to write a review… likewise if its the opposite. Luckily, today it was above and beyond. I went to pick up my husband’s shirts/pants with baby in tow. I was carrying my baby in his car seat and without me even asking, the worker(a man) there took the dry cleaning stuff to my car. I thought that was very considerate. Hard to find that type of service nowadays. As to the quality of the dry cleaning, my husband has always been happy.

The woman behind the counter told me to pay cash even though there was a credit card machine right there. She made me open my wallet to look in it for cash. I asked if the credit card machine was working and she said yes but it is only 6 dollars so pay cash. Finally I paid her in cash and left. She was rude, pushy, and squirrelly. I will not be back.
