I had to call out Servpro at 1:30 in the morning in the course of my job as a Maintenance Tech for a 5 floor flood situation. They had their Crews to my location within an hour and they came in and took over. They kept me in the loop on everything that needed to be done and why and how they were going to do it. In short they saved us several thousands of dollars in collateral damage and me personally hours of back breaking labor.
