We ordered a Lemon Gelato, and a Chocolate Blast. Our order was taken very promptly. The gelato was very good. The blast was average. Our card reader didn’t work, so I paid cash. Our server was efficient, and had change.
We’ll be back to try their half price shakes after 8 pm.

Pulled in to grab something quickly and was craving a shake. The ice cream machine was down so no shake. Ordered a junior burger and tots and a soda with light ice. Gave the server a $ 20, didn’t have change so had to go back into the restaurant and came back with a stack of ones with the change laying on the top of the bills which then spilled all under the seat of my car. Really? Tots were soggy and the soda was a glass full of ice. How is that LITE ice?

We came around 5 pm on a Saturday. Service was quick, however they could have spent a little extra time on the food. The corn dogs came out golden on the outside, but the inside the gummy-​soft corn dreading was way undercooked. The cream slushed were phenomenal as always. The employees were super nice. It’s a hit and miss. I miss the patty melts from here!

I had written this Sonic off once before as not worthy, but I was in a hurry and the Cricket (across the street) was closed. This visit just confirmed my earlier evaluation, YUCK! I will not go back. The card reader at my station did not work. The tater tots were cold and the delivery person brought no ketchup or salt, nor did she ask. The chicken sandwich was mediocre, almost cold, and the tomato was over-​ripe last week. No straw for the drink topped off the visit. Piss poor food, and piss poor service.

They consistently get orders wrong. They refuse to accept responsibility for their wrong doing and actually had the nerve to say that they quit serving an item that is listed on their menu two years ago. I will NEVER go back to this location. The orders are wrong, the burgers are cold, the customer service is wretched… I have not had problems with the location on Hey 72… so I’d recommend you drive across Madison if you want a quality experience. The Sullivan Street location is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Save yourself the headache and go ANY WHERE else.

A sonic is a sonic. You only remember the bad experiences however I’ll tell you my good experience. The half price hand mixed shakes after 8 p.m. are awesome I have tried the peanut butter fudge shake which was way good and I have tried the banana cream pie shake which read way way way way good and the cheese cake shake is to absolutely die for! I mean it. The service at this particular sonic is very fast and always smiles and friendly service. Try the hand mixed shakes after 8-p.m.they are half price so that equals by one get one so bring your sweetie pie and enjoy done sugar kisses together!

This Sonic stay away from. They rip you off by filling the cup with ice and little drink. Their hamburgers are served cold as experienced within last 10 minutes. Their sweet tea is not sweet and their peach tea is bitter and not sweet. We can compare this Sonic to the one off of 72 that we went to last weekend — in a burger mood and all. 72’s location has slower service but their food and drink was on point with no complaints. Sullivan Sonic Sucks.

My wife and I waited in the drive through for about 10 – 15 minutes. When we finally got our food, it was cold… and it wasn’t suppose to be. The only saving grace is that the employees are nice and were apologetic for the extended wait and refired our food.

The breakfast burrito was disgusting. soggy, messy, torn, tomatoes looked like it was eaten before, lemonade tasted worse than any other lemonade I tasted out of any sonic an when I asked for a milkshake, they told me that the machine was broke. A sonic with a broken milkshake machine!!! Are they series? Isn’t that sonic’s legacy, i.e., milkshakes?
