I twisted/snapped something in my lower back while working on Bridge Street, I went to Sean Caine and he helped me work through the pain to get back to normal. I couldnt sit or drive for more than a minute without pain before Sean. Last year I bent to plug in a vacuum and snap the same pain same place. Well seems like I have a weak disc, but Sean helped me get over it without surgery. He suggested exercises to build muscle strength in the weak area and to work on my flexibility and range of motion to prevent future injuries. I was glad I went back to SpineCare instead of going through a surgery.

Dr. Ryan Davis at Spinecare has been treating me weekly for about 6 months now. I have seen other chiropractors and find him the most competent I’ve met. He does not blindly follow old methods, but is constantly looking at new research to improve his craft.
Furthermore, he is the only skilled manual therapist I have found in this area. He regularly performs ART and Graston therapy on my shoulders. I do heavy athletic training, and Dr. Davis’ treatments are the only way I am able to train as hard as I do each day. They leave my shoulders, back, and trunk mobilized, loose, and ready for action.
I highly recommend Dr. Davis for anyone seeking pain relief, but especially for athletes with mobility restrictions and chronic limitations.
