Springfield was hired by our contractor to install our HVAC system 3 years ago. That system never worked properly and required constant service which was done by the contractor. It broke again a month ago but this time the contractor told us to call Springfield. They didn’t respond despite numerous voice messages left on their phone. It was a week later that they told us they didn’t want to fix the problem and for us to find someone else. They installed a bad system and refused to fix it. Bad customer service. Stay away from this company!!!
