Wow these dentist and hygienist are the best I have encountered. They really care about their patients

I took my children here for their first dental experience and the LOVED IT! Such a wonderful staff and inviting atmosphere.

I truly have never been so happy about any sort of doctor’s office for my children. He is very determined. Very patient and talks to me in MY language. He has remodeled his Madison office and it is amazing!!! They gave my boys sun glasses and headphones to listen to music. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Swauger and his practice. #blessed.

I have been taking my son to him for some pretty big stuff and he’s been great. He splits time between this and his Hendersonville office but it’s the same guy. The office is clean and efficiently run. It’s cheerful for kids and has lots of things to keep them entertained. He does everything from check ups to bigger procedures like crowns or root canals.
My son needed crowns and had to be sedated. He was very thorough about taking the time to explain things to me and my husband both about exactly what he would be doing and why he felt it needed to be done. He does seem to take a lot care to make kids comfortable as he can considering.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I like to go back with my children (especially since he’s only 3) and Dr Swauger does not allow this. They also made a major billing error that my husband caught. They are making it right but it was a lot of money.
