Fantastic customer service!!! The nicest people work here. They also did a fabulous job on my piece — I am very happy with how everything turned out. The Great Frame Up is now my go-​to frame shop in Madison. They were very understanding about my budget and willing to work with me every step of the way. They even packed my piece for moving and got the framing done before my tight deadline! Wow! Absolutely amazing! 5+ stars!

It is rare these days to encounter a business that exceeds your expectations, but that is the best way to describe my experiences with The Great Frame Up over the past several years. They have designed frames that make my photography «pop» as my friends describe it. High quality, on budget, and on time. I would trust these professionals with my most valuable and delicate items for any type of framing.

This is the best place! With framing to fit every budget, this will always be my first choice. When I have something I want to put on my walls, this is definitely the way to go instead of a Target or other discount frame choice. With pre-​made frames, excellent sales on art for gifts, and an incredible range of custom selection, the staff will make sure you find the best fit for you. Every piece is impeccably done and they all come with UV glass, so your art will never see sun damage. You can’t get that from the competitors for the price!

Excellent customer service. They really spend time with you making sure you are happy with your art, framing is expensive so this is very important. Such a great selection of frames are available that it can be a little overwhelming at first but everyone there is very patient and knowledgeable and made things much easier. And if you need a quick art print for a gift they carry a decent selection here. I’ve spent a lot of money on framing so it’s nice to find a place that seems to genuinely appreciate my business.
