I am not completely familiar with this company, but when it comes to customer service, I couldn’t be more pleased. I had ordered a Kombucha Tea set through
for my father for Christmas, and because we celebrate early, I needed it at my house, like yesterday. I contacted them via their website and within an hour or two, Kate from the company contacted me back and put a rush on my order and shipped it overnight– for no extra cost (I did volunteer to pay extra for the rush). She was so nice, I wanted to share the love. If you love hippy tea, this is the place to order it, these people go beyond their customer service duty to make you happy. Thank you again Kate from the Kombucha Shop! You rocked my world!
