Very responsive, putting me on the schedule the very next day. Bill had all the right equipment and products to flex to my needs, he took time to explain things and gave me options. Overall an honest and fair shop.

Bill is awesome and I highly recommend him. I accidentally locked my keys in the car and Bill reached the scene quickly and rescued my keys from the car. He charge fairly and not astronomically high just because its after hours.

Loc Doc came out to my new house and installed 3 new dead bolts for a fair price and with a 1 year warranty. He came the same day I called, arriving when he said he would, carrying a dustpan and broom! I like it when people respect that I try to keep a clean and tidy house.
He did the job on a 95 degree day quickly and efficiently, took all the trash with him to recycle and swept up all of the wood dust.

I promised the proprietor of this wonderful business that I would write a recommendation, on account for the excellent, almost selfless help that he offered to me after I locked myself out of my car during a rather large snowfall. Bill, the owner, was extremely courteous and helpful over the telephone and made things run crisply, as I am not a Madison native and was weary of the other so-​called great locksmiths of Madison. Really, every other company I telephoned was just all talk. Only Bill took the initiative to meet me in less than a half hour from the time I telephoned. Although Bill was presumably mad because of the recent Packers’ loss, you could not tell at all from his demeanor. I owe very much to this gentlemen and could not be happier for his help during a very cold time of the year.

Professional, helpful, and fast. Our deadbolt was broken and he clearly explained what was wrong (the builders installed it incorrectly) and gave us some home safety advice. This guy knows what he’s doing. Reasonably priced.
