Great location. Free coffe for daytime. 24hours Study room and printer. Every Friday has free snap or drink. Helpful stuffs. Never lost any package. — 4.5 stars

The apartment is really good. Staff here are soooo warm and kind. The facilities are great. Everything is perfect! And my friends also like here, we hold parties in the basement twice. But I think the wifi here can be better. It’s not fast. Once I run data through university web and it all stuck. Luckliy the data are still here when the wifi recovers

Elevators are down at least 50% of the time in the semester, so I don’t recommend getting a place at a high floor.
Advertise lots of benefits such as free printing, $ 200 visa after leasing, and events but they fail to deliver. They now charge for printing, they’ve never given out any gift cards after pestering them, and their «events» are usually just them buying 2 boxes of pizza and emailing the residents 30 minutes prior to wait in line and hope you’re lucky enough to grab a square or two.
You should really consider somewhere cheaper, because there are a ton of better places in Madison to live.

Worst living experience ever, made possible by the worst management ever + worse food than the public dorms. Putting curry or pesto on shitty quality food does not make it any fancier or a better meal.
I dont know anyone who has lived there since they converted it from private dorms to apartments, but if i ever walk in there again it will be too soon.
Paper thin walls, no useful security or legit control over residents. I cant even count the times we had to evacuate that horrendous building for nonexistent emergencies
