Since my original review I have eschewed the in-​store portion of the pharmacy in favor of the drive-​through. I think the drive-​through is the key to timely service – I guess they don’t want a pile up of cars, but a line of people inside the store is ok? Anyway, no major issues since my last review, but I am still nervous every time I go.

I will actually drive to this Walgreens instead of my local one. The staff is always happy and willing to help out.
I went to purchase some Walgreens brand tissues. And the register person told me about a deal for Puffs with aloe. Same price and better, softer product. Little things like that make me realize they care.

Horrible service. Even though I live down the street from here I would rather drive across town to avoid going here. Staff has done everything from make fun of me for not spending what they consider to be enough money to letting their friends threaten to slap me. I filed a complaint with management and they were passive and did not care. After I was threatened with violence the management never even responded to my complaint.
