This bar is as small town hokey as they come. But the service is great, it’s clean, the bathroom was pristine(granted, it was 3 in the afternoon). AND they hooked my city a** with a mean T&T. The food menu was pitiful, but hey, it’s a frickin small town bar. Drinks are most important.

Maybe it’s the jukebox only filled with classics(like Pink Floyd rarities, Bön Jovi, Led Zeppelin.) Maybe it’s the fact that we ordered sparkling wine in a bar that usually hosts farmers, hunters and loggers. all of whom drink cheap-ass beer on a late night… p. s. my wine glass still had the price sticker. Maybe it’s the counter top full of different kinds of dollars signed by other individuals passing through… Maybe it’s the feeling you walked into a 1970’s back woods bar and are expecting high heeled daisy dukes and guys with beards doing lines in the corner. Whatever it is. I loved this place. It’s not a big city bar, but a little shit kicker in Madras Oregon. They do not have martini’s.(yes. My Frenchie did indeed ask.)… and the sparkling wine is hidden somewhere… But for $ 20 split between 4 people we had an awesome time. Talking to some local Madras dudes we even got a recommendation for the best burger in the area for the next day.(Any local will tell you it’s Bridge Creek Café ) Rialto you ROCK!
