When it comes to the food and the look, this is the sort of place Magna Main Street needs: A clean, good looking establishment that serves food good enough to make it a destination. And, i’m glad that they seem to be proud to be a Magna business, with historic Magna photos on the wall and the ‘Magna’ Pizza being their signature menu item. Honestly, the Magna Pizza is great and it should be your first experience. It’s heavy, greasy, meaty so make sure you are okay with paying for it a bit the next day. I made plenty of night runs picking one of these bad boys up for my expectant wife last winter(and she was always nice enough to share!) I soooo wish I could give The Pizza Stop better review overall however. 2.5 stars would have been perfect. As great as the food is and as much as I desire to see a Magna Main Street business thrive; I have to agree that their customer service leaves waaayyy too much to be desired. My experience seems to be the norm. To give you an example, I don’t believe I have ever experienced someone actually at the counter when I’ve walked in the door. And it doesn’t matter how noisy you are when you walk in, they will not respond to anything beside dinging the little bell. Ding! And the staff seems to be made up exclusively of(excuse the stereotype) frat boys with a ‘yeah, what do you want’ sort of attitude(‘Um, I would like to give you money in exchange for being one of your customers… If that’s okay with you?’). The transactions always make me feel like a kid buying fireworks from the neighborhood bully; like ‘take your pizza and run.’ I’ve always left feeling taken advantage of and I personally feel frustrated that this is who is providing the Magna experience to a lot of out of town patrons. I hope the management/ownership takes a good hard look at what people are saying about the customer service and not brush it under the rug. The Pizza Stop should be great, but with the current level of service it’s merely tolerable.

I keep a sailboat at the Great Salt Lake. I stopped for gas one evening and needed some dinner. I think I used google to find a pizza place. This one wasn’t a chain so I ordered and took out. I ordered their most popular pizza. I forget what they called it. Sounded like a meat lover’s to me. I remember the Colossimo’s sausage. Colossimo is a household name in Magna. I forget what it cost. Don’t ask me details about the crust, the cheese or toppings. I was drinking that night and all I can remember is that it paired very well with Modello! I will order here again!

Ive been here several times. It was recommended to me by one of my moms friends. the pizza here is good. I wouldn’t say its the best pizza I have ever had but its far from the worst. Ive always gotten the Magna pizza and really enjoyed it. its got colosimo sausage on it which is just amazing. there garlic bread is also very good. I would recommend if you are in the magna main street area. Maybe even worth the trip out to Magna to get some pizza

Frankly, if you’re out in Magna, it’d be a waste to skip a stop by The Pizza Stop. I’ll make this simple: order the combo pizza. Heaped with mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, and olives, I looked hesitantly on my first bite. I mean-who puts vegetables and fungi on a good pizza? It took all of one bit to convince myself that the choice was a good one. The crust is more than sufficiently crisp to handle the extra weight, and I was pleasantly satiated only after another three pieces. Ironically, the service is, as reported online, less than stellar. No dress code and no smiles. I don’t have pictures, but trust me. Making the trek to Magna is worth it, even just for the pizza.
