Our home is fast approaching its 100th birthday, and with that age comes many challenges. We interviewed many HVAC companies, from the big outfits to the mom & pops. We were so impressed with John’s ideas to solve the challenges of heating and cooling our pier and beam house, even with a converted attic for living area, leaving a small crawl space around the perimeter to work with. John gave us a state of the art zone system at nearly half the cost of what most everyone else quoted. He’s a one man show, with a only few helpers. We couldn’t be more pleased with how things turned out. Give him a try!
