We loved the pizza here when we first moved to Magnolia! But it has been terrible recently. I kept ordering hoping it would be better each time, and I ordered my last pizza ever from this place. It was cold and cardboard like when it was delivered– an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered it. It was Saturday and I expected it to be a while. But I also expected to be able to eat it without reheating it. I don’t know what is going on here, but I hope they figure it out.

I ordered a pizza, meatballs and a salad for delivery. The delivery came an hour later and the pizza had the wrong toppings on it and they did not deliver my meatballs. I called the store to let them know. Colton Fick answered the phone and apologized for not getting the order correct and offered to send me a pizza with the correct toppings and the meatballs and would have it delivered ASAP in less than 30 minutes. In addition, I would not have to pay for their mistake. He continued to apologize. Well, he then called me back minutes later and said his boss(Aziz or Azim, not sure of his exact name or the spelling) would not allow him to complete the order. Why his boss did not call me, I do not know?! In order to correct the order, he needed me to return the pizza to them and he would deliver another pizza and charge me half. WHAT?! So, I called back and talked to Colton and asked for his boss. He asked if I wanted to talk to the owner. I said yes! I then talked to Jimmy and he agreed to the original corrections Colton stated(send another pizza with the correct toppings along with the meatballs). However, once the order arrived this time, we only got the meatballs and no corrected pizza. This is the WORST customer service ever! The exception to this is Colton Fick. He understands customer service and to do right by the customer when the company makes a mistake. I will never eat here again! The pizza is just ok. It is not worth the hassle of poor customer service. Colton is extremely professional. They are lucky to have him! I called back after the second delivery was incorrect and thanked Colton for his professionalism and his customer service and told him I appreciated him trying to do right, but sadly it did not work. At that point he apologized again and said my next order was free. I told him thank you, but I did not like the way this was handled and will not eat there again. Colton is a class act! If you are looking to hire a great employee who gets customer service, hire Colton Fick!

They are finally selling the Sicilian Pizza again and it SUCKS. It is nothing like what they have made in the past. It is a ½″ of soft crust with very little toppings on it and no extra cheese as advertised. It is not the deep dish pizza that it used too be. If you like soft toast with sparse toppings, this is your pizza.

Must admit the pizza is the best in the area. I guess that’s why I continue to patronize this joint hoping the service will improve. It hasn’t. It won’t. The family who owns this chain has the gift of producing great pizza however service is not their strong suit. Delivery could take as long as 2hours and sometimes doesn’t even show up. Pick up is just as bad. Unorganized train wreck is the best description of how the place is managed.

This place is awful. They are disorganized, under-staffed and dirty with mid-quality food.

Phone rang and rang and rang… finally hung up. Called back 10 minutes later and someone answered only to tell me they quit delivering 5 minutes ago. Obviously they didn’t answer phone first time cause didn’t want to deliver. Tried another night, again phone rang off the hook. Finally answered, asked me to hold, clunked the phone down on the counter, 4 minutes of listening them talk to others, I hung up. Customer service is NOTGOOD.

Good value for the price and always accommodating. My only complaint is that no Brother’s uses fresh mushrooms. I like their pizza though and it is great for a quick and inexpensive lunch or dinner. Friendly and helpful staff.

Brothers rocks! My friends & I not only ate at Bros, we worked at Bros as well when we were in hs. I ate there everyday and never got sick of it. I don’t know what one of the reviewers prob is, I customized my food everyday, I know the present staff would do the same.

Really like the pizza and service. The dinning room is a little lack luster but we got for the pizza not the décor.

Nothing below one star? My family gets subjected to this occasionaly as my in-laws like it for some reason. I’m only writing this in the hopes I can save someone from wasting their time and money. This is the worst take out pizza I’ve had in my life. I mean it makes Domino’s look like something you would find in NYC. Calzones are greasy, not customizable, salads come with hardly any tomatoes, our sausage and mushroom pizza came with CANNED mushrooms… hard to find fresh mushrooms guys? Russo’s is far superior though farther away on 242, but I would order Domios over this every day and twice on Sunday. It’s hard to believe they are still in business but I guess there are enough people around here that don’t know any better and want to try something different than the big boy delivery places. I can’t blame them, but I would never go here by my choice.

If you need to avoid the rush and wait at Brother’s Sterling Ridge, this is a close alternative.

comments: The 1488 location is horrible this is the 2nd time that they have messed up the order but it was right on the ticket. I ordered a large pizza a cold sub and Alfredo. I waited over an hour only to receive cheese stick instead of Alfredo. When I called I was told to hold on for a manager I held for 5 min and the manager never got on the phone the guy says it’s on it’s way. Ok I was fine with that 30 min later the order still was not delivered. I called back ask to speak to a manager this guy gets on the phone I told him that this was ridicules and I would like all the food re-maid he proceeds to tell me that he wants the cheese sticks back that were now 1& ½ hrs. old. When he told me that I proceeded to tell him never mind he could have all the food back and I wanted my money back he responds that’s not going to happen. I said it will happen I will call my bank and have the charge disputed. I want what I paid for. I have never in my life talked to someone so unprofessional and rude. I will never spend 1 cent in this place. People like should go out of business. It’s not my fault that the retards working can not read a ticket this is the worst management that someone could possibly have.

Brothers is great. In all the years we have been eating here, and that’s a lot, only one was fair the rest hands down great. this is our numebr one take-out pizza place. For sit down we go to Grimaldi’s. I am a pizza snob, roudly, and brothers reminds me of NY pizza. Try it you’ll like, if you like a NY feel in TX and some darn good pizza.

Good pizza by the slice. Pizza doesn’t sit under heat lamps because it goes so fast. Only downfall to Brother’s. I don’t think the pizza keeps very well. I recommend it for dine-in. Compared to DoubleDave’s? Pizza is a lot better! Only reason to go to DD’s is the Peproni Rolls. Not the pizza.

After seeing good reviews for other locations I figured I’d try this place out. This location has been open about a year. This was horrifying!!! The first things I noticed were dirty tables full of grated Parmesan, crumbs and wadded up napkins. I went in at noon and the chairs along the bar on the wall hadn’t even been put down on the floor. The pizza by the slice pizzas were made and sitting by the register uncovered and there aren’t even any heat lamps installed for them to be sitting under! I ordered a calzone and was unhappy I was not able to customise it with my own ingredients. They have one default way of making one. Over by the drink station there were two bottles of cleaning chemicals and a rag. The were wide open to the public, unsecured, where children or other people could handle, spill or drink them. I don’t even want to imagine, right next to the drink station, just what kind of a germ factory this rag was but I was amazed as such blatant disregard for the common sense of safety forget the fact that it’s a health code violation! I went into the restroom and was equally horrified. The caulk around the sink was already cracking and peeling and looked as though it was laid by a two year old. I could see a gap in the drywall where the opening for the light switch had been over cut. The trash can was a large black laundry hamper with a plastic bag liner in it. I have never had a place dedicated to pizza and the like to have a calzone take 25 minutes to bake, but it did. I had to ask them to put it in a to go box for me as I had an appt at 12:30. The calzone was overcooked in the corners and not done enough in the middle. It was runny and soggy and barely edible. I ate it only because I was hungry and had paid for it. It was stuffed with an over sized slice of cheap fat riddled lunch meat ham, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses. I have asked and was told ricotta isn’t uncommon but I had never had a calzone with ricotta in it because it’s a very watery cheese that doesn’t melt and gets runny when not put in more appropriate {not bread} applications. I will *NEVER* return to this location! With a Double Dave’s not 6 miles away I actually hope this franchise fails! Anyone who thinks this is a good place to eat clearly has to think McDonald’s is a 5 star gourmet meal!
