The food is decent but the service is absolutely horrible. Takes forever to even be waited on for a large party. The meals came out like they were sitting under a heat lamp. After I complained to a blue shirt the waiter walked up and wanted to interrupt. You didn’t bother to give me service so why stick your face in my conversation. I hope several people read this and use my experience not to lose money to this sorry establishment. Worst family gathering on record. Thanks elranchero!

This is a regular place for me. We typically sit on the patio, and we get good service the majority of the time. If they are crazy busy, the service is definitely a con to this place, but we typically go during the week when it’s not an issue.
The food is good — We’ve never had any issues with it at all. They don’t skimp on their meal portions either.
There’s a lot of families that go here so be prepared because we’ve been there a handful of times where people were letting the children run around screaming. That’s not the restaurants fault, but just a heads up.
Overall, I love this place.

The strawberry margarita gets a 5 star rating according to my wife. The salsa was fresh, homemade, and lite which I really enjoyed. The enchilada’s al carbon where good, with a little more seasoning they could have been great. The kids cheese quesadilla’s where good and the kids ate them all up. The beans and rice where solid, but a little bland. With a little more flavor this place could easily be 5 star Mexican food for the price. Especially the kids meals which where super cheap.

Love this place. Excellent service and food. I’m from the Rio Grande Valley… this is the closest to eating back home.

Really poor, iced tea was so watered down, salsa was tastless, cheese was the really cheap stuff. They do give you allot of food just poor quality.

So upset. Tried this place tonight. Was busy but hostess said about 20 minutes. We were waiting and I was standing near hostess stand. Had been little over 20 minutes when young man appeared at stand and seemed to be helping. The hostess asked him for the next 2 top. He has her take the couple standing next to me who came in after me to a table. I step up as he’s scratching through their name and point to my name on list above theirs and asked if we would be sat soon. I didn’t want to make scene but thought he didn’t see it. He tells me «we are busy. They were here you weren’t». I tell him I was standing next to them and you didn’t call my name. He says to just wait. Someone else comes up with similar problem. I wait for hostess to come back and tell her what happened. She apologizes and asks the guy why he sat the other table and he tells her I wasn’t there. I say again I was standing right by them when you sat them. He yells at me that he only said to seat them and they are busy so just wait. Hostess tells him to stop and be nice but he continues. My husband sees what’s going on and just says, we are leaving and will talk to manager. The guy won’t tell me who manager is. We asked 3 workers where manager was and NO ONE knew. One waiter at bar was very nice and told us he would talk to manager and apologized. What happened to appreciating the customer and not yelling at them??? Where was manager? In hopes they read Unilocal,here’s the guy that yelled at us and treated me very disrespectfully. I told him I would be writing a review and letting management know. He said he didn’t care. Maybe he’s the owner’s son.

Horrible service. Walked out after sitting for 20 minutes without even a drink order.

Not very impressed with their food. The service is fairly quick though but definitely better nearby choices.
