The frozen custard is awesome! It’s very creamy compared to other fast food ice creams. I wasn’t a fan of the burger but my Husband likes them. I like their fries :)

I went there the other day and I loved it! The service was great and the food matched up with it(as always). There’s really not much more to say, it’s just a great location!

Get your military discount on Mondays! So after some Christmas shopping at TJ Maxx we wanted a quick easy yummy meal. Everybody decided it was hamburger night so the closest burger place was Freddy’s. Since we were tired and eager to go home, we ordered thru the drive-thru window. Service was friendly, however when we got home our burgers were not even warm and one of the hamburgers was missing my son’s favorite topping… bacon! Ugh. And they forgot the lettuce and tomato? Despite the mishap, the burgers still tasted delicious.(it’s the closest thing to In & Out Burger). The secret sauce for the fries is super yummy too. Prices are steep like I&O. So, dig thru your bag next time and check your burgers or review your order at the window before you take your order home. But next time, I’m dining in.

It’s only my second time here and I think I’m already a little obsessed. Great 50s style feel to the place! Moderately busy for a Thursday night; enough customers to feel comfortable but not so many to feel crowded. There is plenty of parking around! This is a small dining room with about 20 tables, but they do a great job of accommodating people even in the limited space. Ordering went smoothly and the prices were decent — much better than Five Guy’s! The food took just under 5 minutes to come out, which is great. The burger was slightly overcooked, but the cheese and bundle of fries made up for it. The fries themselves are worth the trip; seasoned super well, which is hard to do! The atmosphere is calm but fun. Definitely could be a good place to hang out with friends! The floor staff was a bit underwhelming, but this isn’t really a waitress in a dress kinda place. She did get me napkins when I asked. I was disappointed by the lack of name tags; I like to call the staff by their names! Overall a great place, and I will be returning. Definitely recommend for families!

Had a grilled chicken sandwich today and bit into the sandwich only to not be able to bite completely through because the chicken was so tough. It was like rubber. My husband watched me try to tear the chicken apart, which should be easy to do, but it would not tear. I probably could’ve thrown the breast against the wall and it would have bounced back. Unbelievable for $ 7. I will stick to Chick-Fil-A. Also, double check your receipts!!! We were charged for 2 cookies and 2 ice creams that we DIDNOTBUY. This place is a joke!!! Lastly, for moms… this place does not have a changing table. It is hard for me to understand why any company would build a restaurant or retail store and not offer this in their restroom. So I refuse to dine in at places who do not welcome m baby. I am not going to leave my other kids in the restaurant to go outside and change my baby in a hot car in the Texas heat. Get real!

I’m embarrassed to admit how many times we’ve been to Freddy’s. Please don’t judge me, I eat salad sometimes. What I love: 1. I’ve never had a bad burger and the fries are the BEST. Especially with the fry sauce. Since everything’s thin, you don’t feel like such a fatty scarfing everything down. Just kidding, of course I do. But I love it. 2. The custard is delish. I’ve tried two kinds and they’re great. 3. The service is so friendly and happy. I would be happy too if I was surrounded by their delicious fries all day. 4. My hubs and I can eat out with our toddler for under $ 20. And she LOVES Freddy’s. 5. Bathrooms are clean. 6. I like the option of outdoor seating. What I don’t love: 1. The feeling I get after realizing how much fat I just consumed. Bottom line: Freddy will always keep us coming back for more.

We go there and everything always taste awesome! It would be nice to have a little more seating but oh well:) the burgers are the best, the fries are just the right crispyness, and then if you have room, dessert is always divine!!!

Don’t waste your time. This is a crappy try at an upscale Steak and Shake. The burger was so thin that I could hold it up to the light and see right thru it. It was burned on the edges and had an overall burnt taste throughout. The fries were good. Way over priced for what it is.

I can’t say how impressed I am with Freddy’s !!! I’ve previously posted a review of a negative experience with the Magnolia location. The very next day Freddy’s corporate office contacted me to discuss our experience and wanted to see how they could resolve the issue. I was then contacted by Padden Nelson, the regional Operating Partner, who was highly professional and compassionate to our experience. He took immediate action, met with the local staff and have taken good care of me & my family. We are looking forward to going back soon.

Great custard, shoestring fries, Freddy’s sauce is sweet and tangy, steak burgers are tasty(yes they are thin as is expected), and good quality buns and toppings. For a fast food place, this certainly is better than the rest. Crowded seating, but always worth a try.

Big Freddy’s fan here, wish this one was closer to the office for lunch. Kids love the hotdogs and I’m a double-cheeseburger guy. Douse the fries in ketchup & eat em with a fork.

Just wanted to provide an update to my first review. The area manager contacted me via email. He also sent us coupons and asked us to give them another try. Truly impressed with his customer service and follow up. I really appreciated it and am keeping my fingers crossed for their success.

What happened to this place. Clearly no one is in charge. Tables dirty, food everywhere. Slipped on something on the floor. No toilet paper in the bathroom, no paper towels. This place was nice after it opened, now it’s disgusting. Won’t be back.

First time here about a week ago on a Friday, the place was jammed. Ordered our food, found a booth, and 5 minutes later our food was here. Nothing special about the food, just burgers and hot dogs, but the place was nice inside, and surprisily clean for a place this busy. A little pricey, $ 23 for 3 of us, but all in all, not bad.

Overall 3 star but with helpful eager staff 3.5÷5. I ordered the Double Steakburger with cheese and everything else offered in the $ 6.69 combo price. My burger arrived nicely plated in a plastic basket but had a butter/oily layer on top of the bun. The bun was lightly buttered and barely toasted on the inner part. The meat patties were very thin and crispy on the edges. Overall a fun FF burger except the bun flattened down very thin and I had a hard time holding the burger contents together. Good news — overall fresh taste! My fries were very thin like shoestring fries and cold. I returned them and was greeted nicely with the gentleman saying drop more fries to his fellow worker. My hot fries were delivered to my table. The staff was friendly enough and was trying to keep the restaurant somewhat clean on a very busy weekend day. They have hot dogs and different kinds of frozen custards also. Worth giving it a try if you like this style of FF. They also have a thousand island type sauce available at no charge.

Super packed. Super nice people. I bought the combo hamburger/hot dog meal, so I could try both of their specialities. Burger is tasty. The meat reminds me of a smashburger. If you want lettuce and tomato, you have to purchase. I’m normally a fully loaded burger kinda gal, but I’m not picky and the burger is fine without. The fries are tiny but they give you a ton and they are filling. I’m not a big beef hotdog person, but the taste is not overwhelming and it is delish. I’m weird and I put both mayo and mustard. :-) One of my fav desserts is turtle anything, their mini custard cup hit the spot. I’d come back. Happy customer for sure.
