JC’s Chem-Dry not only does great work, they have superior customer service. I recently had a difficult job during a lease turn around. There was ground in dirt and hard mineral deposits on tile in multiple areas of the home. Nothing the cleaning lady did could get it out. But JC’s Chem-Dry got it clean without damaging the surface. On top of that, Liz personally returned a phone call to me at 9pm on a Friday night to answer some questions I had about their process. That is outstanding. They have earned my support and continued business. (Did I mention they also have great prices?). :)
