Don’t EVER bring your dry cleaning here!!! I was a long time customer of this establishment back when the original owner still owned it. Since he sold it to his cousin or something the place has become seedy and several times they have screwed up my clothes and the manager is rude about it and says she is not responsible. The last straw was when I picked up my $ 41 in dry cleaning and they charged me $ 541!!! The girl behind the counter refunded me $ 500 but now my bank has taken the $ 541 and I won’t be getting back the $ 500 till next week some time. After calling them to tell them I needed the original transaction voided and charged only the $ 41 the manager told me that she had done all she was going to do so I am pretty much out of $ 500 till next week some time. These people are incredibly rude and their customer service is beyond horrible. If you don’t want to end up like I have then take your clothes elsewhere.

NEVER let these people touch your clothes! My very first time here was my last! I brought in 11 pcs of clothing, i wanted to try them out because they had great hours and same day service if needed. Dropped off on a Saturday, picked up Monday, price was decent and clothes seemed neat and pressed. UNTIL I got something out to wear a few days later I noticed that the brand new pair of slacks that I had them dry clean now had what appeared to be freakin staples around my right pant leg hem line! Obviously the hem came out and for whatever reason they did want want to either own up to it or simply ask me if I wanted it repaired. Two pairs of slacks were missing buttons and out of 11 pcs of clothes only 3 were tagged! Isn’t this how they keep them all together? I called that day to speak with a manager and was told I would get a call back… Nothing… I went back in to let the manager know because I was in the area and she flat out told me, «oh ha ha we don’t do that here!» Huh? Really?!? I think she just called me a liar?! I told her that I left message for her and she says she never received it… I explained that I was not trying to get compensated, I just wanted to let her know that it had happened and she lost a customer due to it. She giggled a bit like I was being«silly and over reacting» because I mean«they don’t do that there!». Never have I seen or heard of a dry cleaners doing this!
