Disgusting, middle of the day and my food was hard and distasteful. Even tried heating them in microwave, but still was old and nasty. I have visited on other occasions and food was ok, however this visit was horrible. Co workers food was warm and fresh, but mines was not. If I ever return, I will make sure to check my food and return it before driving off.

Ordered food after a long wait in a short line. Sat for 15 mins and watched people that showed up after get their food. Walked up to the counter and asked them what happened to the order. The guy looked at me and asked what did you have? What a joke! I got my money back. I’ll never go there again! Consistently they have bad customer service!

If i could give zero stars i would. A few years ago I waited in line for 30 minutes just for cole slaw. We went back tonight and received horrible food. Really dark nasty looking chicken and wrong order. Other people in line complained about wrong orders but none of the staff cared. The staff was around the ages of 16 – 18. No adult was present to supervise. We will NEVER go back to this location EVER again.

This is the third time this store has told me they are out of chicken. It was 7:50 on a Saturday night. Never have I had another KFC location tell me this. As if the wait in the drive through line of over ten minutes wasn’t bad enough. They should close this location, and put a restaurant that is capable of serving the Magnolia area. I guess it is back to Brookshires Bros chicken for us. At least they can make enough to serve our community!

9:45PM, right before closing… I get it. End of the shift, long day, and you’re ready to call it night. Nonetheless, at 9:45PM, you’re still open. My wedges taste exactly how they looked, like they’ve been sitting out for hours, and then microwaved. The biscuit was all but dried out and«hard as a brick». That leaves the chicken which was the only thing I managed to eat. I’ll be sure to always pass on this location.

I am not a fan… their CS needs work! So rewind, I didn’t try the double down when KFC first came out with it. So FF2nd time, they premiered it again today and I decided to be extra fat and try it. Ordered it($ 5.49 btw) and they told me it’s going to be 5 minutes so pull around. I’m pretty sure it was a bit longer but never the less, it was hot. I bite into these two crunchy breasts and these mammy jammies left out the bacon! What the!!! So I double back and have to wait since it’s now cars in the drive thru(normally I’d go inside but the lobby was closed). Finally my turn and it takes another 5 minutes to get me the sorriest 2 mini pieces of bacon. I’m appalled… I had to ask for a drink for my trouble which was obliged. I received a cup of ice with some Pepsi… they should have thrown in a side too if you ask me! It was literally over 20 minutes I was there and I only started clocking when I was waiting the first time. Bout time I got the bacon, the bottom chicken breast had gotten soggy from the paper boooooo These country KFC& Taco Bells overcharge people btw… not cool!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been too. When you place an order you never know what your going to get. Spoke with manager he did care about any complaints. PepsiCo should pull the franchise. I like KFC but this one is the worst

Terrible visit with my mother-in-law, daughter-in-law, husband and 2 grandsons on April 15. We stood quite awhile waiting to order. The person taking drive-up orders came over and took our order and in the idle of taking our order she took a drive-up order and also there was someone on the phone waiting to talk to her. We ordered the new boneless chicken. We were told it would be 7 minutes for the boneless chicken to be done. It was over 20 minutes later that part of our family was getting their food when the rest of us were done eating. It appeared 3 people were working. Terrible service!!!
