I have had no problems with bugs since Stephen came out about 2 months ago, but I had recently begun noticing what I thought were just bumble bees. Turned out they were carpenter bees, and they were making a hotel out of my storage area in back. Stephen was out the same day I called and was able to take care of these destructive little pests. He even plugged their holes with spray foam after treating. As with his previous visit, he was very polite, professional and punctual. He discovered the problem was worse than I thought. He spent time making sure I knew what to do to keep them from coming back and followed up a few days later to see if any were still hanging around. Now I’m just waiting for things to dry out enough that I can do my part to keep them out, but so far NO BEES. If you’ve got bugs, he’s the guy to call.

I thought we had termites so we searched online and found Stephen and boy are we glad we did!
We called Orkins a while back and they sent out a guy the next day. This guy went around my house tapped around the foundation with a long stick then came inside and showed me a 5 minute video presentation about how scary termites are. When the video was over, he showed me the different packages Orkins offered and straight out asked which package I was interested in. Needless to say I said no thanks, especially considering how expensive the packages were.
Stephen gave me a whole different feel. He is the owner of the business and it shows. Stephen was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
He did the free termite inspection and thank God that he found none. We did hire him to do a general pest control in and outside the house.
