Kevin did a great job. He worked from 8am until about 6p all by himself, never stopping. He cleaned our shower tile & grout and polished our marble entry floors. They both look better now than they did 25 years ago when we moved in. I will recommend Sir Grout to anyone and also use them again. Great job.

We used Sir Grout of Houston today to change our grout color from a very light color to a tobacco brown. We had to fix the work of a poor contractor who let dirt mix with the grout and ended up with uneven grout color. Sir Grout made each appointment on time and our technicians Kevin and Mike were very efficient, good natured and thorough in the work they completed. I would definitely work with them again and recommend this company 100%.

At first we had them come out in June and redo the grout in our bathroom and recaulk and clean the shower and tub. The first time was an ok job and I would not have given even 3 stars, as a spot in the shower was missed, the original manager who had quoted me was no longer with the company (so I had been emailing no one for a good week until I called), and it was a bit sloppy. Once we rescheduled, the new manager Tony was very helpful and a new guy (can’t remember his name) came out and did a fantasic job! Come to find the original job was done with the wrong materials and our shower would have molded. He redid the entire thing and it looks great! They really made up for the initial bad service and we would definately recommend them.

Sir Grout did NOT deliver what they promised. The employee came one hour late (appointment was between 8 and ten and he came at 11:15). He spent one hour outside, washing his van making «as if» he was preparing. He did not do a good job. The floors look worse now and besides they did not take good care of preparation and scratched all molding which now need to be re-​painted. They promised to come and fix and after a month I’m still waiting. I do NOT recommend this company!
