We called and scheduled for a haircut. We were told over the phone that they would have an opening in 15 – 20 minutes. That was perfect since it would take me 15 to get there. When we arrived we were turned away. They told me they were booked. I let them know I had just called and was told to come in. She said she knew but that she was booked. Why didn’t they just call me? Everyone has caller ID. It was going to be my first time there… obviously it is the last. It’s their loss. I went down the street where they took me as a walk-​in and did a beautiful job. Go to the salon next to McD’s. much more professional!
