Had Texas best carpet care out today to clean my carpet and some upholstery they showed up on time and exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted over the phone technician was very friendly kind a move things that I was in expecting them to move will definitely be calling again

Very happy with the work and the interaction. Very professional and always communicating with me about what was getting done and when it was finished. Even showed me before and after pictures of what I needed cleaned.

Never use. Didn’t want to work, gave a list of furniture and items they would not move, left half-​way through. FIND ANOTHER CLEANER.

I had my carpets cleaned by this company September 20. What I really liked was I was given a price over the phone for 5 room and stairs total with tax 162.33 when the tech got to my house I showed what I want to do I have stains from my 3 year old. He was friendly and worked hard got all stains up when he was done looked great and the bill was 162.33 no surprise no add on. 6 months earlier I had clean and that company added for stain and said rooms were to big it cost me 356.36. I will only call Texas Best Carpet Care for now on. Thanks for honest and hard wiring company
