The hours are great.
However, after getting locked in the property on Thanksgiving, getting a 15% increase within 30 days, getting a book answer when I called to complain with no kind of discount or credit, I made it a priority to empty my storage room.

I have had a unit at this location for over three years. The location is always clean, well-lit and safe — I never have a creepy feeling as I did at my former storage facility. Customer service is always great and if there is ever an issue, it is resolved immediately. I just wish the rates would not jump as much and as quickly as they have — I understand the economics but perhaps long-term price lock might be a potential option? I would totally recommend Public Storage.
