I called this shop with the best of intentions to have my Sportscar tinted. I spoke to the installer and advised that I wanted to visit the shop first. The installer was very aloof and unenthusiastic about my intentions to visit. My car is a new 2016 model and I wanted to make sure this shop was run in a quality and careful way. When I arrived at the shop, I walked up to the open garage door where I saw a young man tinting a car. He was engrossed in the job so I waited for him to acknowledge my presence after he had obviously seen me standing there. Finally, I asked for the installer I spoke to on the phone and it was the same man. He continued to work while stating several times«I can’t have anyone in the shop for insurance reasons». Note, that I was not standing in the shop, but instead at the mouth of the open garage. That is all he had to say. Immediately thereafter the receptionist came out to the garage and invited me to come to the office entrance. She was very nice and informative. Shortly thereafter, the owner of the tint shop arrived with a chain hanging from his wallet to his pants. I watched him walk about the shop next to vehicles and I was not comfortable with the potential for damaging a car seen by the actions of the owner. Neither the installer or the owner addressed me at all. They looked at me and never spoke to me. It was then that I decided that the personnel in this shop were not sensitive at all to a customers special concerns and/or they had some other unspoken issue. Either way I was not going to trust my $ 100K+ car to the poor and unprofessional attitudes of these two men. Don’t be tricked by the gracious and nice receptionist. The people working behind the scenes are problematic.

Had my van front windows installed. The installer do not know how to use a push start bottom. In turn killed my battery and when jumping the van he caused a spark which them jack my van’s ECU! All the dash lights were flashing! Later he told me that it was not their fault my battery is dying! I should bring the van to the dealership to fix it. Hope karma find him happiness!
