This location usually provides excellent service; however, the ’16 black Toyota Corolla I rented for a road trip to Nashville was dirty, and it was missing the back right hubcap. There was dust on the dash, crumbs on the floor, stains on the front seats, and garbage in the back of the passenger’s seat. It was clear that it had not been cleaned.

My experience was good overall. I like that they will pick you up or drop you off. The staff was friendly and helpful. The down side for me was the car you think your renting (size wise) is not available or is the smallest one in that class. You wanted a four door we only have two doors etc. They desperately try to up-​sell you to larger vehicles that are way more costly. It takes about 15 – 20 minutes to do this dance with the service rep. After you continue to say no they miraculously find the car you ordered. From a sales point of view this must work for them however I would like what I requested without the irritation. It is for this reason they only get 3 stars and I will continue to shop other company’s.

Excellent service and value. We needed to rent a mini van last minute to pick up our son at college, along with a full car load of his belongings. The car was ready for pickup on time, clean and ready for the drive. We spent the next 13 hours driving to and from Pittsburgh.
I returned the vehicle first thing on Monday morning. Quick and efficent.
Keep up the great work and service.

Burke, Liz, and Carissa are wonderful. We have rented numerous times here and they are always courteous and professional. They go above and beyond to get us in the desired vehicle and always ensure an enjoyable and safe rental. If you are ever in need of a rental, whether it be long or short term, stop in and see them. They make rentals easy with complimentary pick ups as well.

Great service they picked me up from Prestige BMW and they were very supportive as I had to battle with the insurance company for having my car rental compensated for.
Really appreciated all the professional help and service. Even offered me a glass of water as I was on the phone for about 30 minutes trying to get things fixed with the auto insurance company covering the damages to my car.

This branch should be the gold standard for car rentals! Therefore, I’m returning here next time I need one.
I needed a car while mine was being repaired but not just any car, I needed one that could accommodate a wheelchair as I was still recovering from surgery. With my insurance covering the bill I was concerned. But to my surprise, the staff here understood my needs. I got a very comfortable vehicle and Phil Falco, who with Liz, took care of me, made sure I was able to get into it with no problems. They also made the return super easy.
Go to them whenever you have rental needs. You won’t regret it.

This is what renting a car should be like at every location! The gentleman that handled my rental (Mr. Canberk Nacir), was attentive, informative, kind, and extremely helpful. He saved me money on the car I was looking into renting and allowed me to make the decision to protect the car from any accidental damage.
I highly recommend this Enterprise and Mr. Nacir’s forthcoming hospitality as your guide on your next rental. An employee who is as conscientious and respectful as Mr. Nacir will always have my business for years to come. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service! The woman who helped with our rental, Liz, was wonderful! I called a few times the day before to ask questions and she was pleasant and helpful each time. My husband went in to pick up the van and came out and remarked at how friendly and courteous the woman that helped with the rental was (in contrast to a situation he had with a different rental company last week while away on business). The van was ready when promised and the quoted price was completely accurate. Her help and the ease of this rental made moving our son back to school a far more pleasant experience than it otherwise might have been! Next time we need a rental we’ll call here first!

The staff is very professional and courteous, and work hard to make sure that their customers leave satisfied. I’ve been renting from this location for over 10 years, on a regular basis (for both business and pleasure), and have always been pleased with the transaction. If there are ever any issues, the managers are always willing to rectify the problem to my satisfaction. I love the free pick up and returns… very helpful! The free Enterprise Plus membership has allowed me to accumulate points for free car rentals… recommended!

The worst customer service that we ever had. They never returned phone calls. Always had different stories. Told us they were with customers. What was I? Not a customer? Car was fine but god forbid you have any kind of issue.
