I had a pleasant visit at Extra Space Storage. I found the facility clean and my unit was easy to get to. Lian was very pleasant and informative. She explained everything to me and even told me a short history of the facility which I found interesting. I would definitely use it again.

Monroe, NY
My unit flooded because of a pipe that burst inside the facility. My possessions, including a television, were soaked in cold, dirty water. Know that because of the agreement that you have to sign with Extra Space, the company doesn’t have to pay a dime in a case like this, even though they were at fault. Additionally, Extra Space hiked their advertised rate after a couple of months. Buyer beware.

Do not use Extra Space Storge. My attempted use of their services was met with hidden charges,“mandatory insurance”, and they refused to honor the online promotion I printed out from their website allowing for one month free. Aweful business practices at this store. They will be reported to the BBB. Gross.

Mgr Alex very knowledgeable of units available. Best prices for the area. Must book online to get web pricing. 877−309−3498 directions from east NOT passable by 12′ truck as clearance is 9’7″ underpass.
