I had a quote performed today for repairing my radiator system. They were going to charge me $ 800. When I got home I looked into it, and it will cost $ 85 for the parts, would take about a half hour total, and required no expertise. This seems criminal to me.

Had a spray foam insulation service done in our basement recently. Mike Gonzalez was really informative and always responded via email quickly. They are prompt with arriving on time for appointments. After product looked good and we could feel the difference. Wasn’t cold any longer. After service no one followed up with us to see if all went well or there were any concerns. That was the only tiny downside that resulted in 4 stars and not 5. but other than that they were great and friendly. Will def. use them again down the line for other projects.

Truly horrible customer service. They kept promising to come «tomorrow or the next day» but never did. After 10 days I finally said forget it. They are beyond rude on the phone and practically hang up on you before you even finish speaking.

Van Natta installed central A/​C in our old (built 1900) house. It was a challenging job that took them about a week. Their guys were very professional and they did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves each night and always asked for our guidance for key decisions. Their price was also very reasonable.
