Fabulous Floors

Overall they did a good job sanding and refinishing the wood floors at our home. The crew did a good job sectioning off the home with large plastic sheets so dust didn’t get everywhere. The job took 4 days, and we could not walk on the floors for 12 additional hours (1 day longer than quoted).
The crew was Hispanic which caused a little communication trouble, however the manager made himself available by text, which was convenient.
The major disappointment, leading to 3 rather than 4 stars, was the lack of adequate clean-​up at the end of the job. The crew left a huge bag of garbage and all the trim at our home rather of disposing of it. They also left two closet doors off the hinges for us to fix and many of the vent covers out. There were also a few spot where the stain from the wood stained the laundry room floor and a toilet.
We also noticed a wall which must have been hit with some equipment resulting in a good sized nick.
Overall the floors look great, but not all the details were handled with care.
