Lazer Kraze Laser Tag

A fun place to let the kids burn off some energy. They have a large trampoline area that my kids really enjoyed. $ 9.50 for 30 minutes of jumping. Laser Tag is also popular, although my kids do not prefer it due to the smoke. If your child has asthma, you may want to rethink this activity.
Now for the arcade part. The kids absolutely love running from game to game in anticipation of hitting it big. Even though the prizes seem corny to adults, they are thrilled to leave with a handful of jolly ranchers, a spinning top and a «sticky hand».
Laser Tag fits the bill for an impromptu night of family fun that is sure to leave you’re kids smiling and ready for bed that night!

So I got this reply: «I’m really wondering what happened when you came in with «never called us up». I don’t know how we ran a game without calling it so something seems to be missing. please let me know. «
I responded that it sounds like an internal issue and not a customer issue. Good grief, it would be one thing if I was the only negative complaint but as you see I’m not the only customer who has complained. Hence the 3 stars.

This place is a blast for the kiddos. However, the excitement and speed of the teen employees is less than satisfactory. Not near enough staff with excitement to handle a crowd of any sort with efficiency… Great environment, but comes with some aggravation. Better training could benefit employees.

Hi, it was terrible. We had birthday party for 30 kids. While the kids did have fun, the organizational aspect was completely unacceptable. Just one rep for some 30 kids?
Just a complete lack of organization overall.

This place is a blast! Three exciting things to do under one roof! There’s even food for if you get hungry. There’s a game room, a lazer tag, and best of all a trampoline room. Exactly what I need, a place where jumping off the walls is acceptable. :-) it’s a great workout too. I was a ball of sweat before I knew it. I got so carried away that the time got away from me. Kids love this place. They can definitely relieve some energy.

Awesome time, went there with a few friends to relive the days of childhood and had a blast! I recommend getting a few drinks before and after to really make it fun and laugh about it afterwards. It seems like a great place for childhood parties as well.

The actual lazer tagging was fun, especially with friends. However, the place itself was rather sparse. Not many chairs to sit down. Kind of depressing really. The old location was a lot cooler. Games are limited at this place and sometimes tickets don’t come out. They need more games to choose from.

Laser tag arena is pretty good though not quite as nice as The Web. Love the vest/​gun setup. I liked the power upgrades in game and the scoring system breakdown. The rest of the place is a bit lack luster but there are a few decent games. In reality, you’re going to this place for laser tag and only going to play the video games between tag games.

We have had a number of parties at Lazer Tag locations, but ended up here for a large party for kids. We had «unlimited» lazer tag in a 2 hour period, pizza for the entire group, a private room, and had to buy tokens to play games. We arrived early, so we went ahead and bought 100 tokens for $ 20 and between 3 kids, it was difficult to use them all in a 2 hour period! Mainly because a number of the games were broken (but not labeled as broken) or they were out of tickets, which made them obsolete for a kid… The party was supposed to begin at 6 p.m. and we were supposed to get 16 (?) pizzas, well, they weren’t ready so they had the kids go through lazer tag first, which was great for the kids! When the kids came out, only 2 pizzas had been served and 2 more on the way — there were about 50 kids though. The pizzas were served 2 at a time and every 10 minutes or so. This made it challenging with so many kids. Please keep in mind that this had been planned WAY in advance and the business knew the number on the RSVP and the number of pizzas that were ordered/​requested… The employees were not prepared at all. In addition, the «unlimited» lazer tag was only twice through, which was a little disappointing. Some of the kids were given a different color bracelet and weren’t even allowed to go through with their friends/​teammates even though they came at the same time and RSVPd with the group.
Overall we have said that we would not return — we would prefer the Web over in West Chester. There are a lot of additional activities available compared to Lazer Kraze.

I was contacted by the manager who let me know there are indeed scorecards available on the scorecard counter. I don’t think we were told about them but I might have been mistaken. Either way, get yours after killing all your friends!

In all honesty, I had never played Lazer tag! Yup that’s right im 30 and never ever played! So I really don’t have anything to compare this place to but…
This place is super cool! I pass by it every day on my way home and it always looks closed from the out side. Never really seen anyone coming or going from there. Boy was I wrong when I went to the Unilocal event last night! You walk in to all the colorful lights and sounds of your typical arcade games. They have a food and drink stand with the lame little prizes, but hey that’s everywhere like these types of places.
The super cool part, the Lazer tag! Your taken into a room where your given the run down and rules on how to play. Then into the «air lock» where you pick out your vest with lights and gun. Each vest has a «nickname» on them. Don’t just pick up the first vest you see because there are some pretty sweet nicknames there. From there its into the arena. This place is huge!!! Three levels of places to hide, duck down and shoot from… BTW, tall people can really get over all the walls you are hiding behind from up top so watch out! With all the lights and sound along with a little action from a fog machine it was pretty cool!!! We played three games first split up into even groups, boys vs girls (which could have turned out better if all girls would have been playing for the side they were supposed to) then a vampire round. Whoo Hoo I was a vampire and its pretty cool seeing everyone run from you!!! Unlimited shots and turning others into vampires was pretty fun. Each round lasted 12 min (which seemed to go on forever) and they were so much fun. Made me feel like a kid again!
In our Unilocal event we enjoyed pizza and soda in the nicely themed party room. The staff seemed pretty nice and always answered any questions. They didn’t even get mad when one of the « Unilocalers» spilled his water all over the computer! Over all this place was super cool!
I would NOT recommend this place for Children under 10.

My husband and I had a lot of fun at Lazer Kraze during the Unilocal event. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well taken care of. I have played laser tag at various different locations in Cincinnati and the Lazer Kraze on Western Row has always been my favorite. The course is fun (with three levels) but you always know that your equipment will work. In other locations, I found that half the time the guns were broken. I never have to worry about that at Lazer Kraze. I also enjoy the fact that they give you multiple options for types of games to play.(Such as «Vampire» etc.) Lazer Kraze is the place to go for laser tag!

Took 9 eleven year olds here for a bday party — rockstar experience! The facility is total boy. Video Games. Pizza. Sodas. Cool Geeky DTor. And a huge two level, black-​light infused arena for laser tag! Tons of fun. On top of that, our party coordinator made it super easy for a single parent to relax and actually get in on some blasting. A++.
