I love the food but the wait time is impossible. Call ahead an order and the woman that walked in in front of me walked out at the same time. 2 min late for work. Now I have a half of a point on my attendance record that will remain there for a year. I’m done. Why do you think people call ahead. Idiots.

Friendly staff and their french fries are great Windfresh, but the sandwiches just aren’t any good. There is something wrong with the bread. It just tastes to dance and chewy and mass-​produced like it just came out of the freezer and was thawed in a microwave.

No matter how many times I try to give this location a shot, they always disappoint. The employees just don’t «get it» — they consistently mess up orders (fortunately they have only messed mine up once). Something else that really sends a bad message is the fact that they don’t wear gloves and they constantly fix their hair and wipe their faces while preparing food.
This has been the only location that I’ve had issues with. I love the food, the service here is a whole different story unfortunately.
PS — even if you call your order in ahead, be prepared to wait just as long as if you walked in.
Update: new management in place means service has improved. Thankfully.

Pretty tasty. I was surprised the rueben was decent. Fries are always good and fresh. No free refills on the lemonade. Cookies are very good.
