Riversbend Tanning

I explained that there was no need to walk with me ALL the way into the tiny tanning room and «present» the tanning bed to me. Once I even waited at the doorway of the room to give the «presenter» a hint. Finally, I explained that it was a «personal space thing». Ick. Oh, by the way — NO REFUNDS !! (Palm Beach does not have a NO REFUNDS policy)

I LOVE Riversbend Tanning. I have been a customer for nearly 4 years and I can’t believe I am just now writing a review. I feel obligated to after seeing a negative review on here and as a loyal customer I have never had a bad experience !
Rb tanning has several levels of tanning beds and so depending on my needs there is always something that works for me. The level 4 Superbed is my favorite but I like the stand up and facial beds too. It’s great that you can buy minutes instead of a membership or start up fee.
Also, the owner is there almost every day and he has been extremely helpful with my questions. Not to mention he has lots of lotions to choose from… I recently tried the Kardashian Glow and love it. The other employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable too. In a very suburban town with so many chain establishments it feels good to support a quality locally owned business!

Very friendly, answered all of my questions and helped me figure out what kind of tan would work best for me. I like that you can buy minutes instead of a monthly fee and there isn’t a start up fee!
